Plastic-Lined Pipe Systems, Fittings & Custom Spool Fabrication
Built for engineers, maintenance teams and plants that need corrosion resistance, reliable lead times, and a supplier who can handle real-world requests without the runaround. A properly specified lined piping system protects process integrity, plant uptime and safety and compliance when the media is aggressive.
PTFE-Lined Pipe & Fittings, ½" through 12"
Carbon steel and stainless steel, standard and special configurations. Free-sintered liners from proprietary technology and high-quality resins, ram paste extruded or isostatically molded for dimensional accuracy and permeation resistance.
Custom PTFE-Lined Pipe Spools
A587, A106 or A53 carbon steel housings (stainless optional), two rotating flanges standard, fixed flanges by request, lengths specified up to 20 feet. Grounding lugs, extended vent couplings and support lugs available.
Plastic Lined Valves
Swissfluid PFA and PTFE lined ball, plug, butterfly, diaphragm, check and sampling valves, with sight glasses and actuators. Swissfluid USA supports its national distribution network from its facility in Stafford, Texas; we ship from Fairhope and build automated valve packages in house.

Quality Standards, Traceability & Spark Testing
ASTM F1545
All products comply with the standard for plastic lined ferrous metal pipe, fittings and flanges.
ANSI B16.5
Fittings conform dimensionally, so they bolt up to what is already in your line. Metric flanges also available.
ASME B31.3 & Section IX
The lined fittings we supply are welded to B31.3 by welders certified to Section IX of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Lined spools are flanged over a flared liner and need little welding.
10,000-Volt Spark Test
Every lined part, minimum 10,000 volts. Any audible or visible spark rejects the liner.
Identification & Traceability
Lined fittings carry identifying markings on their flanges in accordance with ASTM F1545; spools fabricated by Marspec are stamped with the Marspec M on the flange.
Primed & Protected
Carbon steel primed for field top-coating; special coatings on request. Flared faces ship under wooden end covers.
PTFE, PVDF or Polypropylene
All three liners ship in the same carbon or stainless housings with the same ANSI B16.5 flange pattern. The liner decides chemical resistance and temperature range. PTFE is what we recommend and quote for most services; PVDF and polypropylene are available where a specification calls for them. Not sure which? What is plastic-lined pipe used for?
Moving corrosive, aggressive or high-purity media while the steel housing carries the pressure and the liner protects process integrity.
How do you supply lined valves?
Swissfluid USA supports its national distribution network from its facility in Stafford, Texas. Valves ship from Fairhope, Alabama, and we quote the lead time with the price. Automated packages add our in-house assembly and shop test; ask when you request the quote.
What liner materials do you offer?
PTFE, PVDF and polypropylene. PTFE lined fittings in carbon and stainless steel are stocked; PVDF and polypropylene lined fittings, and every custom spool, are made to order. Plus Swissfluid lined valves and accessories for the rest of the system.
What sizes of PTFE-lined pipe and fittings are available?
½" through 12" in carbon steel and stainless steel. Reducing flanges run to 14". Larger diameters and solid PTFE pipe are available under Other Products.
Can you fabricate custom-length lined pipe spools?
Yes. Lengths up to 20 feet, rotating flanges standard, fixed flanges by request. Minimum lengths by size are on the spool data table.
Do your lined products meet ASTM/ASME standards?
Yes. ASTM F1545 for lined pipe, fittings and flanges, and ANSI B16.5 flange dimensions. The lined fittings we supply are welded to ASME B31.3 by Section IX certified welders.
Do you spark test PTFE liners?
Every lined part, at a minimum of 10,000 volts.
Do you offer temperature maintenance for lined piping?
Yes: heat transfer compounds, clamp-on steam piping heaters and electric tracing under Piping Accessories, and fully jacketed spools under Jacketed Pipe Spool Data.
